Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Double Upp mobile application ("Double Upp" or the "App"), owned and operated by Double Upp Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using Double Upp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms define your legal relationship with Double Upp Pty Ltd, an Australian private company limited by shares. This agreement also incorporates our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. In case of conflict between documents, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 3. Registration & Eligibility

You may delete your account at any time via Profile > Settings > Delete My Account. We monitor the App using automated tools and human moderation. We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict features, or take legal steps in the event of Terms violations.

5. Services & Limitations

We provide a platform for double-dating connections between pairs of users. While we aim for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with all devices.

We are not responsible for:

• Compatibility issues.
• Member conduct.
• Unauthorised access to user accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining a secure email account and taking reasonable security precautions.

6. Community Rules

You agree not to:

• Post or share offensive, pornographic, racist, or hateful content.
• Impersonate others.
• Spam or scam users.
• Rejoin the platform if previously banned.

We respond to reports of abuse or objectionable content within 24 hours and reserve the right to delete content or terminate accounts at our discretion.

We do not claim ownership of your content but may use it to operate, improve, and promote the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Double Upp are owned by us. You may not copy, use, or modify our intellectual property without written consent.

10. Illegal or Unauthorised Conduct

You may not use Double Upp for any unlawful activity including:

• Soliciting prostitution.
• Intellectual property violations.
• Scams or fraud.
• Harassment or stalking.

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and pursue legal action as necessary.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to AUD $75.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims related to your conduct or content on the App.

If you are dissatisfied with the App, your sole remedy is to stop using it.
